The exhibition with the theme of "full stack intelligence, lean and efficiency" not only shows the latest achievements of Huateng Robot in intelligent logistics, but also creates a futuristic intelligent technology feast on the spot.

01 The new plan debuted offline for the first time, revolutionining logistics efficiency


1. High-density and efficient box storage, high-speed operation

The scheme (STRP) is mainly composed of software and hardware systems such as STU container robot, Q1P latent robot, iWMS intelligent warehousing management system, etc., giving full play to the advantages of different products and achieving higher utility.

This is the first offline appearance of the plan. The scene shows that STU moves at high speed along the horizontal or vertical direction on the shelf, and the material box is transported from the high shelf to the bottom of the material box; Q1P carries the material box to achieve efficient picking. The maximum lateral walking speed of STU is up to 3m/s, and the maximum speed of vertical lifting is 2m/s; the maximum speed of Q1P is 4m/s, and the deceleration performance is greatly improved, and it only takes 2s for the two cars to follow and switch.


Two. Hill climbing and stacking system, efficient and easy to deploy

Haikang Robot has launched a new climbing and stacking system this year. Its core lies in the deep learning technology and VM algorithm platform of full-stack self-developed. The system accurately divides and locates the dense packages in the image, and separates the stacked packages by adjusting the speed of the belt to ensure that they are tiled into the next processing link. The system has very few parameters, simple installation, and is suitable for full package types; after implementation, more than 10,000 packages can be processed per hour.

The climbing and stacking system, the single-piece separation system and the six-sided code reading system together form a set of ring solutions to further improve the sorting accuracy and sorting efficiency.


02 3D visual support, accurate operation in complex scenes


In response to the challenges faced in the automatic scene of material basket disassembly and palletizing, such as variable scenes with many types of materials, and difficult grasping, Haikang Robot has specially designed a large-field RGBD stereo camera, which can accurately identify a variety of types of goods such as cartons, sacks, material frames, etc. Combined with the robot visual guidance platform RobotPilot, it can easily guide the robotic arm for depastling and palletizing.

In addition, the 3D visual guidance of workpiece loading and unloading and the picking of goods were also displayed on the site. The efficiency of Haikang robot software and hardware system has been significantly improved, and the configuration is simple, which can greatly reduce the training and learning costs of users.
