As of October 27th, a total of 199000 overseas buyers from 212 countries and regions attended the conference, an increase of 3.4% compared to the same period last year. Among them, 130000 purchasers from countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road", accounting for 65.6%, up 4.8%; 41000 buyers from BRICS countries, accounting for 20.8%, an increase of 2.2%; 41000 European and American buyers, accounting for 20.8%, an increase of 6.1%; 27000 Middle Eastern buyers, accounting for 13.7%, an increase of 37.4%. Overseas buyers highly recognize high-quality Chinese manufacturing and state that the Canton Fair is an important bridge for them to explore cooperation opportunities and an excellent stage for achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.
